Traditional Medicare Contacts Medicare Part B resources in Florida First Coast Service Options, Inc. (the Medicare Contractor for Part A and B in Florida) encourages physicians to use the web site . This site includes all of the current Medicare Local Medical Review Policy and has links to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services web site. The toll-free Part B Provider Customer Service number (866-454-9007) provides claims information and can address coding and/or billing questions.
